Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Write programs for CNC machines utilizing MasterCam

Okuma Horizontal Mills
-
Komo CNC Routers
-
2 axis live-tooling Okuma Lathe
-
Okuma Turning Center
-

Edit existing programs to maximize efficiency

Create detailed setup sheets
-
Design job specific tooling/fixturing
-
Maintain database of tooling/fixturing
-
-
First article and in-process inspections
-
Calibrate inspection equipment
-
Maintain calibration documentation
-

Fill in for Shop Supervisor when on PTO
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential applications and accounts
-
Solicit new accounts through telemarketing and email
-
Service existing accounts by responding to phone and email inquiries
-
Work with Management to develop targets
-
Enter call notes, quotes, and orders into computer system
-
Prepare and submit customer quotations
-
Review prints prior to quotation
-
Individual will use a proactive approach to provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs and assisting in recommendation of materials and/or fabrication services
