CNC Machinist

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Safe and efficient operation of equipment

  • Set-up and operate all pieces of equipment

  • First article and in-process inspections

  • Daily machine preventative maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Finishing parts - deburring, tapping, polishing & cleaning

  • Attention to detail

Sales Associate

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential applications and accounts

  • Solicit new accounts through telemarketing and email

  • Service existing accounts by responding to phone and email inquiries

  • Work with Management to develop targets

  • Enter call notes, quotes, and orders into computer system

  • Prepare and submit customer quotations

  • Review prints prior to quotation

  • Individual will use a proactive approach to provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs and assisting in recommendation of materials and/or fabrication services

CNC Programmer

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Write programs for CNC machines utilizing MasterCam:

    • Okuma Vertical Mills

    • Okuma Horizontal Mills

    • Komo CNC Routers

    • 2 axis live-tooling Okuma Lathes

    • Okuma Turning Center

  • Edit existing programs to maximize efficiency

  • Create detailed setup sheets

    • Design job specific tooling/fixturing

  • Maintain database of tooling/fixturing

  • First article and in-process inspectionsCalibrate inspection equipment

  • Maintain calibration documentation

  • Fill in for Shop Supervisor when on PTO

Warehouse Assistant

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Packaging, Shipping and Receiving (MUST HAVE ability to lift 50 pounds)

  • Safe and efficient operation of equipment

  • Operate table saw, chop saw, SMC panel saw, and horizontal band saw

  • Read a tape measure and calipers

  • Drive a forklift (training and certification is provided free of cost)

  • First article and in-process inspections

  • Operate a computer

  • Attention to detail

  • Flexibility in daily job responsibilities in a fast-paced work​
