Tom has over twenty nine years of experience in the engineering plastics and plastic coatings industries where he specialized in bringing additional value and metal replacement expertise to the market. As Director of Sales and Technical Support, Tom will expand AEP’s presence in key markets requiring precision machined, high performance plastic components. AEP, Inc. has grown quickly through strategic partnering with OEM’s wanting to replace less effective metal components with high performance plastics. AEP is a key resource for the medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor, food processing, renewable energy and industrial equipment industries.

PEEK is an ultra-high performance biocompatible thermoplastic valued for it’s chemical resistance, mechanical strength, dimensional stability and extreme resistance to hydrolysis – even at high temperatures. The addition of 6 FDA compatible colors makes TECAPEEK MT an ideal choice for sizing trials, instrumentation, and part differentiation preventing cross contamination on pharmaceutical processing lines.
